With over three decades of experience, I have led and overseen the design, delivery, and strategic direction of large-scale programmes, organisational change processes, research, and evaluations in crisis-affected settings worldwide.

 

My work focuses on strengthening humanitarian action beyond immediate emergency response, particularly in situations marked by political transition, institutional fragility, and protracted crises.
